In Ayurveda, weight is read through digestion, metabolism, sleep, stress and daily rhythm. Your doctor starts with a full consultation, then plans diet and lifestyle guidance with suitable Ayurvedic therapies, and reviews it with you at every visit.

Before any facial, oil or product, your doctor asks questions. Here is what they are listening for.
12 Oct 2026 · 3 min readAt CosmoAyu, nothing starts with a treatment. It starts with a consultation, because skin, hair and weight rarely have a single cause.
Your doctor will ask about your concern, how long you have had it, and what has changed lately. They will also ask about digestion, sleep, stress, food and daily routine, and will look at your dosha, the Ayurvedic idea of your natural constitution.
You leave knowing what is likely behind the problem and what your plan involves, including the cost, before anything begins.
Plans are individual and are reviewed at each visit. Treatment plans are individual. Outcomes vary with the condition, its stage and the patient’s response.

The daily oil massage at the heart of the Ayurvedic routine, and how to bring a short version home.
8 Oct 2026 · 3 min readAbhyanga is the Ayurvedic practice of massaging the body with warm oil. In classical texts it is part of Dinacharya, the daily routine, and is traditionally practised for nourishment and a sense of calm.
A simple home version takes about ten minutes. Warm a little oil, massage it in long strokes along the limbs and in circles at the joints, then bathe as usual.
Do a patch test before using any new oil on your skin. If you have a skin condition or are unsure, ask your doctor first.

Why the CosmoAyu range is organised around four moments of your day.
3 Oct 2026 · 2 min readDinacharya means the daily routine. We follow its idea of arranging care by the hour: Prātaḥ at dawn, Snāna at bath time, Divā through the day and Rātri at night.
Each of our fifteen products belongs to one of these hours. An oil for dawn, cleansers and scrubs for the bath, creams and lotions for the day, serums for the night.
It makes a routine easy to remember, and easy to keep.
Inside the clinic, this week. Rituals, herbs and the range.
Your doctor asks about your concern, health history, digestion, sleep, stress, diet and routine, and evaluates your dosha. You leave knowing what is likely behind the problem and what your treatment will involve.
Every treatment is personalised. Your doctor explains the recommended treatment and its cost at your consultation, before anything begins.
