Assessment

What your doctor looks at.

Every plan starts with a consultation. Your doctor asks about:

  • Your concern: how long you have had it, what makes it better or worse, what you have already tried
  • Skin type, products and routine, sun exposure and work environment
  • Digestion, sleep, stress, diet and periods (where relevant), and any medicines you take
  • A look at the skin, and an Ayurvedic assessment of your dosha

Bring a list of your medicines and any recent reports. You leave knowing what is likely behind the concern and what your plan involves, including its cost, before anything begins.

Is it right for you?

Who this care suits.

Often suited to

  • Dull, tired-looking or uneven-looking skin
  • Tanning
  • Mild to moderate acne-prone skin
  • Dryness and a routine that has stopped working
  • Wanting a calm, doctor-led facial routine

See a doctor or specialist first if you have

  • Deep, painful lumps or acne that is leaving scars
  • A rash, swelling or skin that is hot, weeping or spreading
  • A mole or spot that is new, changing, bleeding or itching
  • Skin changes with other symptoms such as fever, joint pain or weight change
  • Pregnancy or breastfeeding, before any facial or face pack

If any of these apply, tell us when you book. Your doctor may ask you to see a dermatologist or physician, or to have tests, before therapies.

Questions

Good to know.

How is skin treated at CosmoAyu?

Your doctor first looks at what your skin is reacting to: diet, digestion, sleep, stress, products and routine. The plan then combines in-clinic therapies such as Mukhabhyanga, Potli and Mukha Lepa with home care, and is reviewed as you go.

What happens at my first consultation?

Your doctor asks about your concern, health history, digestion, sleep, stress, diet and routine, and evaluates your dosha. You leave knowing what is likely behind the problem and what your treatment will involve.

How many sessions will I need?

It depends on your concern and how your skin or hair responds. Your doctor suggests a plan at the first consultation and adjusts it at each review.

How much do treatments cost?

Every treatment is personalised. Your doctor explains the recommended treatment and its cost at your consultation, before anything begins.

Do I need an appointment?

Yes. The clinic is open from 10 AM to 8 PM, and all consultations and treatments are by prior appointment. Book with the form, or call or WhatsApp our appointments number, +91 92265 24516.
